Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BizCard website, digital business card platform, and NFC card services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BizCard to:
- Share false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information
- Post illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content on your profile or portfolio
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or other users
- Use the Service for spam, mass unsolicited sharing, or harassment
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content (text, images, logos, portfolio work) you upload to BizCard. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing your profile when someone scans your card. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.
4. NFC cards & physical products
- NFC card prices are listed on the website and confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp or email.
- Customization (logo, name, design) is free; we share a preview for approval before printing.
- Once a custom card is printed and approved, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged on arrival.
- NFC cards require a compatible smartphone (most modern Android and iPhone models). The digital profile linked to a card remains under your account control.
5. Plans & payments
Some features are available through free or paid plans. Plan prices and features are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed as stated at checkout. If a plan price changes, the new price applies to your next billing cycle. We may add, change, or remove plan features, and will aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep BizCard available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability, and are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizCard is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Terminating your account
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. When your account is deleted, your public profiles stop being accessible.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
